Where the party starts.

Huddle Park, Johannesburg · July to October 2026

The brief

Can we have my party here?

For a child, the draw is the game. For the parent organising it, the questions come next. Where will the kids play? Which activity suits the group? Is our date available? Battle Kidz asked us to bring the energy of its outdoor venue onto the screen and give families a straightforward way to enquire.

Inside the venue

A party under the trees

At Huddle Park, the trees are part of the playing field. We used photographs from the venue so families could picture both halves of a birthday party: kids out on the course and a place for the group to gather afterwards.

What we delivered

01 / Website

Choose your battle

We rebuilt the site around three routes: gel blasters, laser tag and birthday parties. Each activity has its own visual introduction, so a parent can compare the options before getting in touch.

02 / Enquiry flow

Give the host a head start

One form collects the activity, preferred date and group size. Families can also choose “Not Sure Yet”. The venue receives the details together, ready for a conversation about that particular party.

03 / Paid search

Find the party planners

We prioritised local birthday party searches, with laser tag second. Conversion tracking records a successful form submission, giving the team a cost per enquiry to use when adjusting bids and spend.
