Website revamp and social media marketing for pet wellness brand
Select Dog Food approached LMP needing a website revamp and ongoing marketing support. Their existing site required modernization, and they wanted to optimize their eCommerce strategy by integrating with Makro's platform, leveraging Makro's extensive customer database and fulfillment infrastructure rather than managing transactions and deliveries independently. They also needed social media marketing support, including user-generated content (UGC) campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
We redesigned Select Dog Food's website with a focus on user experience and seamless integration with Makro's purchasing platform. Rather than building a traditional standalone eCommerce system, we created a redirect flow that guides users from the Select Dog Food website to Makro for transactions, allowing Makro to handle payments and deliveries while Select Dog Food maintained their brand presence and product showcase. In parallel, we developed and executed social media marketing campaigns, creating UGC content that highlighted customer experiences and built community around the brand.
